Is this serum fragrance-free and essential oil-free?

Yes, completely. Zero fragrance, zero essential oils. Many "calming" serums still contain lavender, tea tree or chamomile essential oils, which are known irritants for reactive skin types. Removing them entirely means Instant Kalmer won't trigger the very sensitivity it's designed to treat.

Is this suitable for rosacea?

Is it ok to use Instant Kalmer with moisturiser that isn’t Pai? Or better to use with Pai products? My skin is very reactive and I don’t want to introduce too many products too quickly. Thanks for your help.
